A basic Free e-Comparative Market Analysis, provided by email, will be less precise given that a licensed agent will not have the benefit of seeing the property amenities and conditions of the home. However, this option is a great way to get a general pricing of your home’s rental value.

The second consultation option is an In-Person Paid Consultation Meeting where the Broker or a Licensed Agent will visit the property to provide a more specific pricing range after viewing the condition and amenities of the home. This meeting normally lasts 45 minutes to an hour. The cost for this service is $75, paid at the time of the meeting. Should you choose this option now, and later upgrade to our Leasing or Monthly Management services, the $75 In-Person Consultation Fee will be applied to your account as a credit back to you.
